We want you to love your knitting projects as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unused yarn, kits, and needles in their original packaging. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable once downloaded.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our Help Center to fill out a return request form with your order number and the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn skeins remain intact and needles are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
